Terms and Conditions – Free Delivery, Installation, Disconnection & Recycling Offer

Free local delivery is available on all appliances within a 12-mile radius of NG9 7AY — no minimum spend required.
The full offer — including free installation, disconnection of the old appliance, and standard recycling — applies to orders with a minimum total value of £399 (large appliances only).
Integrated appliances (requiring a fitted kitchen door) are excluded from this offer.

Installation is limited to existing, compliant plumbing and electrical points.
Additional work (e.g., pipework alterations, electrical modifications) is chargeable and quoted prior to undertaking.
For gas appliances, a mandatory Gas Installation Kit is required at a cost of £40.
Free delivery and installation are only valid for ground floor locations with unobstructed access.
Deliveries or installations involving stairs, steps, or non-ground-floor properties incur additional charges.

Customers will be contacted after purchase to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM may qualify for same-day service, subject to availability.
All scheduling is dependent on stock availability and engineer capacity; timing cannot be guaranteed.

Engineers will assess the installation site upon arrival and proceed only if it is safe and appropriate.
If installation is not possible, the appliance will be delivered only.
No discounts, refunds, or credit will be issued if installation cannot proceed due to site conditions.
Delivery must still be accepted. If the appliance is returned, a £50 engineer visit fee will be deducted from the refund.

Offer is valid within a 12-mile radius of NG9 7AY. This covers most of Nottingham & Derby.

Out-of-area deliveries/installations may be available upon request; charges may apply.
Delivery-only service may be arranged for locations beyond the covered radius — contact the store for options.

All gas installations require a Gas Installation Kit, priced at £40.
Installation will be performed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer.
Free installation offer applies to gas appliances only when existing fittings are safe and compliant.

Recycling of standard non-refrigeration appliances (e.g., cookers, washing machines) is included free of charge under this offer.
A £40 charge applies for recycling refrigeration appliances (e.g., fridges, freezers, fridge-freezers).
Offer excludes American-style fridge freezers or items over 60cm wide.
Appliance(s) must be completely empty prior to disconnection.
This includes removal of any food, laundry, water, or contents.
Our engineer will disconnect the appliance for you, provided it is ready and safe to do so at the time of delivery.

The free installation offer is valid only for basic, standard installations.
All services are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Any additional charges (e.g., access, kit costs) must be paid in full prior to delivery and installation.
